Retail customers: At present we only ship within the United Kingdom. The standard shipping rate to mainland UK is £3.95, delivery to UK Islands is £4.95.

Wholesale customers: Please log in with your password to view delivery prices.

UK Mainland orders will be sent by courier and will need to be signed for unless specified otherwise. The delivery driver will try and deliver to a neighbour if you are not in, but in the absence of any further instruction or failure to obtain a signature they will put a card through your door and return the goods to the depot. If you call to re-arrange delivery the couriers will try again to deliver the package. If no signature is received the package will be returned to us and a further delivery charge will need to be made to deliver the package again.

If you are not sure if you are going to be in to sign for your package you can authorise us to leave the package with a neighbour, or if you are happy to take the risk, unsigned for in a porch or shed etc. To do this please leave brief instructions in the "special delivery " box when checking out of where you would like your package to be left ie. with a neighbour, in a porch or shed etc.

Packages for UK Islands and Scottish Highlands will be sent by post and a card will left by the Post Office who will ask you to collect from your nearest depot if a signature was not obtained.

Delivery Schedule

Retail customers: Please allow approximately 5 working days for delivery, however we endeavour to send your package out to you within just a few days and often the following day of your order. Wedding Favours:- Please allow up to 3 weeks for Wedding Favours, however if you have an urgent order please contact us as we are often able to deliver sooner if necessary.

Wholesale customers: please allow approximately 1 week for your orders (and up to 2 weeks at Christmas time).
